Community Resilience Hub Coordinator

Ngā Tokorima a Hinemanuhiri are seeking Expressions of Interest for the role of Community Resilience Hub Coordinator to support the establishment of a Community Resilience Hub in Frasertown and a coordinated network of marae and community outposts across the Hinemanuhiri rohe.
 

This kaupapa is focused on strengthening community preparedness, response, and recovery systems through a kaupapa Māori approach that places marae and whānau at the centre of resilience planning.


We are seeking someone who has a strong relationship with our community and is passionate about supporting the wellbeing and resilience of our whānau, marae, and rohe. The successful applicant will be organised, self-managing, and able to work independently while maintaining strong communication and engagement across the community. They will be able to meet timelines, use initiative, and take a practical, solutions-focused approach to delivering this kaupapa.


The role will be supported by the Hinemanuhiri Operations Team, who will provide operational guidance, support, and oversight throughout the duration of the project.

 

Fixed-term contract role
Contract Term: 5 months
Location: Frasertown
